Strawberry boba tea

Drink Ingredients
1 ½ Cups
a2 Milk® 2 % Reduced Fat
2 Cups
Fresh strawberries, hulled
1 Cups
Black tea, steeped and chilled
½ Cups
Prepared boba (see above)
  1. In a saucepan, combine the turbinado sugar and water. Whisking frequently, bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
  2. Separately, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the boba and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain
  3. Mix the cooked boba with the turbinado syrup and chill for 60 minutes.
  4. To make each drink, spoon ½ cup of the cooked boba into a 12 oz. glass.
  5. Combine the strawberries milk and steeped tea in a blender to purée. Once the mixture is smooth and frothy, pour over the soaked boba.
  6. Garnish each drink with a fresh strawberry.
