Drink Ingredients

- a2 Milk® 2 % Reduced Fat
- 2 Cups
- Fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 Cups
- Black tea, steeped and chilled
- ½ Cups
- Prepared boba (see above)
- In a saucepan, combine the turbinado sugar and water. Whisking frequently, bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
- Separately, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the boba and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain
- Mix the cooked boba with the turbinado syrup and chill for 60 minutes.
- To make each drink, spoon ½ cup of the cooked boba into a 12 oz. glass.
- Combine the strawberries milk and steeped tea in a blender to purée. Once the mixture is smooth and frothy, pour over the soaked boba.
- Garnish each drink with a fresh strawberry.
