- a2 Milk® Creamy Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- ¼ tsp
- Ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling

- Cane sugar
- ¼ tsp.
- Butter extract (optional)

- Strong hot coffee
- 2 Tbsp.
- a2 Milk® Fat Free Milk, frothed (optional)
- Whisking, heat the coffee creamer, cinnamon and cane sugar in a small saucepan over medium low.
- Once the creamer mixture us steaming and the sugar has dissolved, remove it from the heat. Stir in the butter extract and allow the mixture to cool before frothing.
- Pour the hot coffee into a pre-warmed mug and pour the frothed creamer mixture over the top. If more foam is desired, top the latte with frothed a2 Milk® Fat Free.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
