a2 Milk® Creamy Vanilla Coffee Creamer
¼ tsp
Ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
1 tsp.
Cane sugar
¼ tsp.
Butter extract (optional)
8 oz.
Strong hot coffee
2 Tbsp.
a2 Milk® Fat Free Milk, frothed (optional)
  1. Whisking, heat the coffee creamer, cinnamon and cane sugar in a small saucepan over medium low.
  2. Once the creamer mixture us steaming and the sugar has dissolved, remove it from the heat. Stir in the butter extract and allow the mixture to cool before frothing.
  3. Pour the hot coffee into a pre-warmed mug and pour the frothed creamer mixture over the top. If more foam is desired, top the latte with frothed a2 Milk® Fat Free.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
