Toasted S’mores Milkshake

This delicious toasted s’mores milkshake recipe is a sweet treat that’s pure happiness in a glass!

Made with a2 Milk®, it’s not only easier on digestion† and gluten free, it’s a sure to warm your child’s heart and put a smile on their face as you bring summertime campfire fun to their mouths with this tasty milkshake creation.  Recipe courtesy of Elizabeth Shaw.

Bake time: 3 mins

  • 1 ½ cups a2 Milk® Whole
  • 1 ½ sheets Gluten free graham crackers
  • 1 tsp. Cocoa powder
  • ¾ tsp. Agave
  • 3 Tbsp. Mini marshmallows
  • 1 Tbsp. Dark chocolate shavings

  1. Pour 1 cup of  milk into an ice cube tray. Let freeze.
  2. When ready to eat, set the oven to broil.
  3. On a greased cookie sheet, layer 3 tablespoons marshmallows. Broil for 1-2 minutes. Remove.
  4. In a blender, add entire 1 cup of whole milk ice cubes, ½ cup of liquid whole milk, 2 oz graham crackers (1 sheet), cocoa powder and agave.
  5. Blend until smooth. (If appears too thick for your preference, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time to thin.)
  6. Pour milkshake into two glasses. Evenly distribute toasted marshmallows over the top. Sprinkle chocolate shavings and add one sliver of remaining graham cracker to top.
  7. Enjoy!


Feel free to substitute in honey or 2 dates in place of the agave. Not gluten free?  Use any brand of graham cracker!
