  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and sugar together.
  2. Add the chocolate milk 1 cup at a time, heating and whisking between additions.
  3. Add the cinnamon sticks and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the cinnamon sticks from the saucepan.
  5. Pour the hot chocolate into 4 mugs and top with mini marshmallows.
