- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and sugar together.
- Add the chocolate milk 1 cup at a time, heating and whisking between additions.
- Add the cinnamon sticks and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks from the saucepan.
- Pour the hot chocolate into 4 mugs and top with mini marshmallows.
