Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup a2 Milk® Whole
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch Ground cardamom
  • Pinch Ground ginger
  • Pinch Sea salt
  • 2 oz. (1/4 cup) Hot black coffee or espresso
  • Fresh ground nutmeg, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, spices and sea salt.
  2. Whisking, slowly warm the milk mixture over medium heat. If desired, use a frothing wand to create foam.
  3. Add the espresso to a warmed mug.
  4. Pour the warmed milk mixture over the hot coffee or espresso and serve.
