Matcha powder

Cane sugar
2 Tbsp.
Boiling water
1 Cup

a2 Milk® Half and Half

  1. Using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the egg white until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, sugar and boiling water.
  3. Add the matcha mixture to the whipped egg white and fully incorporate.
  4. Pour 2 oz half & half into each of four (4 oz.) glasses and top them off with the whipped matcha mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
