- Egg white

- Matcha powder
- 1 Tbsp.
- Cane sugar
- 2 Tbsp.
- Boiling water
- 1 Cup
- a2 Milk® Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer, chilled
- Using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the egg white until stiff peaks form.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, sugar and boiling water.
- Add the matcha mixture to the whipped egg white and fully incorporate.
- Pour 2 oz creamer into each of four (4 oz.) glasses and top them off with the whipped matcha mixture.
- Serve immediately.
