Dark chocolate chips

Cane sugar (optional)

2 Tbsp.

Unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups

a2 Milk® 2% Reduced Fat

½ tsp.

Finely zested orange peel

4 shots

Espresso

Coarsely zested orange peel, for garnish

  1. Divide the chocolate, sugar (if using), cocoa powder and fine orange zest into two pre-heated mugs.
  2. Pour two shots of hot espresso over each serving and stir.
  3. Heat the milk to 160 degrees. Foam the milk if desired and pour over the chocolate espresso mixture.
  4. Twist a slice of orange zest over each cup to release the essence and drop on top of the foam for garnish.
