Lavender Blueberry Overnight Oats

This lavender blueberry overnight oats recipe is simple but bursting with floral flavor. Blueberries add a subtle sweetness and almonds add a satisfying crunch. For those craving a new overnight oat combination, try this recipe this spring!

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cups a2 Milk® 2% Reduced Fat
  • 2 Celestial Seasonings® Lemon Lavender Lane™ tea bags
  • 6 oz. fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar (optional)

  1. Heat a2 Milk® over the stovetop until hot, but not boiling (small bubbles will form). Reduce to low heat and add two Celestial Seasonings Lemon Lavender Lane™ tea bags. Steep for five minutes. Once steeped, turn off heat and remove tea bags.
  2. Add oats, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds. Let the oats absorb the milk and slightly cool, about five minutes.
  3. Divide oatmeal between two jars or containers and add blueberries, and agave nectar, if desired.
  4. Store in fridge overnight.
  5. Garnish with almonds and serve cold for a healthy, refreshing breakfast!



The tea we used is Lemon Lavender Lane™ Herbal Tea from Celestial Seasonings. If you can’t find this selection, Chamomile & Lavender tea would be a good substitute.  For a richer version of this recipe, use a2 Milk® Whole Milk.
