Kid friendly sweet potato hummus

¼ Cup
a2 Milk® Whole , more as needed
Sweet potatoes
1 (15 oz.) Can
Chickpeas, drained, skins removed
2 Tbsp.
Toasted almond butter, unsweetened
¼ Cup
Olive oil
1 Tbsp.
Lemon juice
2 tsp.
Kosher salt
Toasted Pepitas, for garnish
Suggested Dippers
Zucchini sticks
Carrot sticks
Heirloom cherry tomatoes
Bell peppers, all colors

  1. Pierce the sweet potatoes several times with a fork and microwave for 8-10 minutes until soft.
  2. Place the cooked sweet potato, chickpeas, and almond butter in a blender and pulse to combine.
  3. Slowly add the milk followed by the olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  4. Season the mixture with lemon juice and kosher salt, to taste.
  5. Garnish with toasted pepitas and serve with dippers.
