Iced Cinnamon Vanilla Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Cinnamon syrup (see below)
  • 3 oz. Iced or cold brewed coffee
  • 4 oz. a2 Milk® Whole

Cinnamon Syrup

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Cane sugar
  • 4 Cinnamon sticks
  • ½ Vanilla bean paste
Iced Cinnamon Vanilla Latte

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a low boil over medium boil along with the cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean paste. Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Strain the syrup into a jar and refrigerate for up to 30 days.
  3. To make the iced latte, combine the syrup, coffee and whole milk in a glass over ice. Garnish with cinnamon, as desired.
