Honey Walnut Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups a2 Milk®
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Gelatin
  • Honey
  • Walnuts, crushed

 

Directions

  1. Whisk a2 Milk® and gelatin together in small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Once dissolved, add vanilla and maple syrup.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into small bowls.
  4. Refrigerate until firm (3-5 hours).
  5. Top with honey and crushed walnuts.
