a2 Milk® Creamy Vanilla Coffee Creamer frothed
¼ tsp
Cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
1/8 tsp.
1 ½ tsp.
8 oz.
Strong hot coffee
2 Tbsp.
a2 Milk® Fat Free Milk, frothed (optional)
Ginger snap cookie, such as Mi Del, for garnish
  1. Whisking, heat the coffee creamer, cinnamon, ginger and molasses in a small saucepan over medium low.
  2. Once the creamer mixture is steaming and the molasses has dissolved, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool before frothing.
  3. Pour the hot coffee into a pre-warmed mug and pour the frothed creamer mixture over the top. If more foam is desired, top the latte with frothed a2 Milk® Fat Free.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
