- a2 Milk® Creamy Vanilla Coffee Creamer frothed

- a2 Milk® Fat Free Milk, frothed (optional)

- Ginger snap cookie, such as Mi Del, for garnish
- Whisking, heat the coffee creamer, cinnamon, ginger and molasses in a small saucepan over medium low.
- Once the creamer mixture is steaming and the molasses has dissolved, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool before frothing.
- Pour the hot coffee into a pre-warmed mug and pour the frothed creamer mixture over the top. If more foam is desired, top the latte with frothed a2 Milk® Fat Free.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
