  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup a2 Milk® 2% Reduced Fat
  • ½ cup Diced pineapple, frozen
  • ½ cup Diced mango, frozen
  • 1 tsp. Dried ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp. Dried ground ginger

 

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour your ginger turmeric smoothie into a chilled pint glass and serve.
