Easy Popovers

Servings: 6-10 popovers, depending on tin size



  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups a2 Milk®
  • 1 1/2 cups Unbleached flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Vegetable spray for pan

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees with your popover or large muffin pan inside.
  2. Ensure all of your ingredients are at room temperature before beginning (including eggs).
  3. Whisk your eggs and milk together until you get a frothy texture.
  4. Fold your flour and salt into the frothy egg mixture.
  5. Take your popover pan from the oven and coat the entire pan with your vegetable spray.
  6. Fill each cup 2/3 of the way full.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Once your popovers are out of the oven, remove them from their pan immediately by tipping the pan over. This allows them to stay crispy and you can serve them right away.
