Ingredients - Latte
8 oz.
Strong hot coffee
2 Tbsp.

a2 Milk® Half and Half

½ tsp
Caramel flavored syrup, such as Monin
2 Tbsp.
a2 Milk® Fat Free, frothed (optional)
1 tsp.
Caramel sauce, for drizzle
  1. Make the caramel sauce in advance. Combine the brown sugar, coconut oil and half & half in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stirring, bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and pour into an 8 oz. lidded jar. Refrigerate the extra sauce for up to 1 week.
  2. To make the latte, pour the hot coffee and caramel flavored syrup into a pre-warmed mug and add the 2 Tbsp. frothed half & half mixture. If more foam is desired, top the latte with frothed a2 Milk® Fat Free.
  3. Drizzle the foam with caramel sauce.
