Ingredients - Latte
- 8 oz.
- Strong hot coffee
- 2 Tbsp.
- a2 Milk® Creamy Vanilla Coffee Creamer, frothed
- ½ tsp
- Caramel flavored syrup, such as Monin
- 2 Tbsp.
- a2 Milk® Fat Free, frothed (optional)
- 1 tsp.
- Caramel sauce, for drizzle
- Make the caramel sauce in advance. Combine the brown sugar, coconut oil and coffee creamer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stirring, bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and pour into an 8 oz. lidded jar. Refrigerate the extra sauce for up to 1 week.
- To make the latte, pour the hot coffee and caramel flavored syrup into a pre-warmed mug and add the 2 Tbsp. frothed creamer mixture. If more foam is desired, top the latte with frothed a2 Milk® Fat Free.
- Drizzle the foam with caramel sauce.
