a2 Milk® Whole

3/4 Cup

Butter, diced into cubes

1/2 tsp.

Salt, or to taste

  1. Place the diced butter in a double boiler over medium-low heat and stir until melted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
  2. Whisking, slowly pour a small stream of melted butter into the milk.
  3. As separation occurs, transfer the mixture to the double boiler over medium-low heat and whisk until emulsified.
  4. Add as a creamy base to sauces, soups, casseroles and other hot dishes.
