Old fashioned rolled oat

• 1 ½ Cup

Chopped walnuts

½ Cup

Pumpkin seeds

½ Cup

Golden raisins

½ Cup

Dried currants

½ Cup

Grapeseed oil

½ Cup


½ Cup

Brown sugar

2 tsp.

Vanilla extract

1 ½ tsp.

Pumpkin pie spice blend

¾ tsp.

Kosher salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds and fruits.
  3. Separately, whisk together the oil, syrup, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and incorporate.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and press down firmly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, until crispy and browned.
  7. Set the granola aside to cool completely.
  8. Crumble the granola and serve in bowls with a2 Milk® 2% Reduced Fat.
