Dark chocolate chips

1 Tbsp.

Cane sugar

3 Cups

a2 Milk® 2% Reduced Fat

3 Tbsp.

Unsweetened cocoa powder

Cinnamon sticks

Ground cinnamon, for garnish

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and sugar together.
  2. Add the milk 1 cup at a time, heating and whisking between additions.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and cinnamon sticks, and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the cinnamon sticks from the saucepan.
  5. Pour the hot chocolate into 4 mugs and dust with ground cinnamon.
