Chocolate Dipped Fudgesicles with Chopped Nuts

  • 2 Cans Coconut Cream (5.4 oz. each)
  • ¼ cup a2 Milk® Chocolate 2% Reduced Fat
  • ¾ cup Chocolate chips*, divided
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt


*Note: Adding milk chocolate chips may add A1 protein to your chocolate fudgesicles. To make sure they are A1 protein-free, use dark chocolate chips.


Chocolate Dipped Fudgesicles


  1. Using a microwave or a double boiler, melt ¼ cup of the chocolate chips.
  2. Combine in a blender the coconut cream, chocolate milk, ¼ cup melted chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla and maple syrup. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into 4-6 mini paper cups.
  5. Cover the paper cups with foil and pierce a popsicle stick through the top of each.
  6. Freeze the fudgesicles overnight.
  7. Remove the foil and tear away the paper cups.
  8. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and pour the melted chocolate into a wide mouthed jar or mug.
  9. Place the chopped nuts in a shallow dish.
  10. Dip the top of each fudgesicle into the melted chocolate and then into the chopped nuts.
  11. Serve your chocolate fudgesicles immediately and enjoy!
