  • 1½ Cups Almonds, sliced
  • ½ Cup White rice
  • 2 tsp. Masala chai spice tea
  • 2 Cups Water, divided
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup a2 Milk® Whole
  • Cinnamon, for garnish
Chaichata Recipe


  1. Grind the rice, almonds and cinnamon together in a high-speed blender until fine.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rice mixture and 1 Cup water. Cover and allow to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. On day two, place the mixture back into the blender. Add 1 Cup water and honey, and blend until smooth.
  4. Into a container, strain the chaichata through a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Whisk in the vanilla and milk.
  6. Pour the chaichata over ice to serve and garnish with ground cinnamon.
